*Fine Air Mechanical Ltd.* is looking for an experienced and motivated *HVAC Technician* to join our growing team. We are a busy mechanical contractor providing HVAC services throughout the area. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can work independently, and provides professional service to our customers. Responsibilities * Service, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment and systems * Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control-related HVAC issues * Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled service calls * Service furnaces, air conditioners, rooftop units, heat pumps, make-up air units, and other HVAC equipment * Complete equipment start-ups and commissioning when required * Communicate clearly with customers, supervisors, and office staff * Complete service reports and required documentation accurately * Identify required repairs and communicate recommendations * Maintain company tools, equipment, and service vehicle * Follow company policies and applicable health and safety requirements * Work independently while also supporting other members of the service team Qualifications * *313A or 313D Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic licence, OR minimum 4th-year HVAC apprentice* * Valid *G2 Gas Technician licence* required; G1 is considered an asset * Previous HVAC service, maintenance, and troubleshooting experience * Experience diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and control-related HVAC issues * Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and equipment manuals * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * Valid Ontario driver's licence with a clean driving record * Good communication and customer-service skills * Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently * Commercial HVAC experience is considered an asset * Experience with rooftop units, make-up air units, heat pumps, furnaces, air conditioners, and related HVAC equipment is considered an asset What We Offer * Competitive wages based on experience and qualifications * Full-time, year-round employment * Company service vehicle * Company phone/tablet * Benefits package * Opportunities for overtime * Training and opportunities for continued professional development * Steady work with an established and growing mechanical contractor * Supportive team environment *Job Type:* Full-time *Schedule:* Monday to Friday, with overtime and after-hours service as required *Location:* Barrie and surrounding areas If you're an experienced HVAC technician looking for a long-term position with a growing mechanical contractor, we'd like to hear from you. *Apply through Indeed with your resume and relevant licences/certifications.* Fine Air Mechanical Ltd. is an equal opportunity employer.
