The successful candidate will work closely with our dentists and other clinical team members to provide exceptional patient care and ensure the smooth operation of the practice. *Responsibilities include:* * Chairside assisting for general and comprehensive dentistry * Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining efficient operatory flow * Sterilization and infection prevention and control procedures * Taking dental radiographs * Digital scanning and other digital dentistry procedures * Assisting with restorative, crown and bridge, implant, surgical, and other dental procedures * Maintaining accurate and organized clinical records * Patient preparation, education, and support * Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked clinical environment * Supporting the dental team with day-to-day clinical and office responsibilities * Following all practice protocols and applicable regulatory standards *The Ideal Candidate* We are looking for someone who is: * A *Registered/Certified Dental Assistant (CDA)* in good standing in British Columbia * Experienced in chairside dental assisting * Professional, reliable, and punctual * Friendly and compassionate with patients * Organized and able to multitask in a busy dental environment * A strong communicator and team player * Detail-oriented and takes pride in maintaining a high standard of clinical care * Comfortable learning and using modern dental technology * Positive, adaptable, and willing to contribute to a great team environment Previous experience with *digital scanning, implants, Invisalign, surgical procedures, or other advanced dental procedures* is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
