If you thrive in a fast-paced hospitality setting and possess a strong background in food service and team management, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact! *Responsibilities* * Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating team members to ensure high performance and excellent customer service. * Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, serving, and cash handling using POS systems such as Micros POS. * Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment. * Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and monitor food quality to uphold the restaurant?s standards. * Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure guests have an enjoyable dining experience. * Implement operational policies, monitor sales performance, and optimize workflow efficiency. * Conduct regular staff meetings, facilitate teamwork, and promote a positive hospitality atmosphere. *Requirements* * Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or food service environment with strong team management skills. * Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations. * Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling. * Solid understanding of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices. * Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication skills; capable of interviewing candidates and building cohesive teams. * Background in restaurant management or hospitality industry preferred; hotel or barista experience is a plus. * Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. * Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a welcoming environment.
