We've earned our reputation servicing commercial kitchens across the province, and now we're expanding into residential and commercial air duct cleaning. We're looking for a reliable, hard-working technician right here in Prince Albert to help us build this new department from the ground up. *What You'll Do* * Clean and sanitize residential and commercial air duct systems * Service dryer vents and related ventilation components * Operate and maintain duct cleaning equipment (vacuums, agitation tools, cameras) * Document work with before-and-after photos to our quality standard * Communicate professionally and courteously with clients on-site * Travel to job sites in Prince Albert and the surrounding area *What We're Looking For* * Experience in air duct cleaning, HVAC, or a related trade _(required)_ * Air duct cleaning certification (e.g. NADCA) is a strong asset ? if you're already certified, you'll be compensated for it; if not, training support is available for the right candidate * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record * Physically capable of lifting equipment and working in tight spaces, on ladders, and at heights * Strong attention to detail and pride in a job done right * Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently or as part of a small crew *What We Offer* * $20.50?$29.00/hour depending on experience and credentials, with room to grow as the department expands * Higher starting pay for NADCA-certified technicians and those with HVAC or duct-cleaning experience * The chance to get in on the ground floor of a brand-new department at a fast-growing company * A supportive, relationship-first team that treats its people well * Steady, local work based out of Prince Albert *How to Apply* Apply directly through Indeed, or reach out to us: 306-420-1641 info@crystalsterlingltd.ca We thank all applicants for their interest; only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
