We deliver dependable protection across public spaces, commercial properties, and industrial sites with a focus on professionalism, accountability, and proactive security. *Position Overview* We are currently hiring *highly qualified Security Guards* for a *public location .* These are *permanent full-time positions.* This role is suited for experienced professionals who can operate independently and maintain high standards in a public-facing environment. *Key Responsibilities* * Maintain a strong, professional, and authoritative presence * Conduct proactive patrols and identify potential risks * Monitor public activity to ensure safety and compliance * Respond effectively to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies * Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services when required * Complete detailed, accurate, and professional reports * Enforce site policies with confidence and professionalism *Requirements (Strict)* * Valid *Ontario Security Guard Licence* (mandatory) * *Minimum 1 year of verifiable security experience required* * *Police Foundations diploma preferred* * Valid *G Class Driver?s Licence with clean abstract* * *Use of Force Certification (required)* * *CPR & First Aid (Level C) ? current and valid* * Strong experience in *conflict management and de-escalation* * High-level report writing skills * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Physically capable of working *8-12 hour shifts (standing/walking)* * Clean criminal background check * Reliable transportation and strong attendance record * *Must have a vaild work permit * *Preferred Assets* * Experience in *public or municipal security environments* * Previous *mobile patrol or supervisory experience* * Additional training in *crisis intervention or mental health awareness* * Strong communication and leadership skills *Work Details* * *Location:* Timmins, ON (Public Site) * *Positions Available:* 1 * *Employment Type:* Full-time / Permanent *What We Offer* * Stable, long-term employment * Consistent daytime schedule (no nights) * Competitive pay based on experience * Professional and structured work environment *How to Apply* Only applicants meeting the above requirements will be considered.
