Creative Designer

Create visually engaging designs for digital and print materials Develop social media graphics, marketing materials, presentations, brochures, advertisements, and other promotional content Design and maintain brand-consistent visual assets for Elite Translations Collaborate with the marketing and management teams to develop creative concepts and campaigns Create graphics and visual content for websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and other digital channels Edit photos, videos, and other multimedia content as needed Ensure all designs follow the company's branding guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards Research current design trends and identify creative opportunities to improve the company's visual presence Revise designs based on feedback from management and relevant teams Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Proven experience as a Creative Designer, Graphic Designer, Multimedia Designer, or similar role Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design skills, and versatility Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or equivalent tools Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is an advantage Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual branding Excellent attention to detail Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Creative, resourceful, and open to feedback
