Product Manager

Manage product roadmaps and backlog priorities aligned with business goals, customer insights, and market opportunities. Define detailed product requirements (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria; collaborate closely with Technology teams for seamless development execution. Conduct continuous product discovery through user feedback, customer journey mapping, and market analysis to identify strategic growth opportunities. Coordinate with UI/UX, Technology, Growth, Operations, Compliance, and Business teams to ensure successful product launches and implementation. Monitor key product metrics (KPIs), user behavior, and performance funnels to identify optimization and growth areas. Support product experimentation, feature enhancements, A/B testing, and innovation initiatives to elevate customer experience. Maintain accurate product documentation, feature specifications, and reporting to support effective product management and stakeholder alignment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Product Management, Digital Product Development, Business Analysis, or related tech roles. Proven track record of managing digital products across all stages: discovery, planning, development, launch, and optimization Experience in fintech, financial services, technology, or consumer digital products is preferred. Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies, PRD documentation, and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma). Experience in product discovery, user research, customer journey mapping, and product analytics tools. Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
