Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, manage general ledger entries, and perform account reconciliations. Assist in building operational budgets, conducting variance analysis, financial forecasting, and identifying cost-efficiency opportunities. Monitor daily cash flow movements, optimize working capital, and handle corporate bank transactions and liquidity planning. Implement effective cost-control mechanisms, monitor department operational expenses, and ensure compliance with internal budgets. Perform routine reconciliations for gold inventory, stock movement, and high-value commodity transactions. Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations and statutory accounting standards; prepare and support internal and external audit processes. Execute internal financial controls to safeguard company assets, identify financial risks, and ensure process integrity. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or treasury operations. Prior experience in mining, gold, commodities, trading, or manufacturing is strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, financial reporting, cost control, and tax compliance. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, vlookup, financial modeling). Hands-on experience with ERP / Accounting Systems (e.g., sap, Oracle, Xero, or QuickBooks). Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills. High level of integrity, accountability, and meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
