Bachelor’s degree in any major, Master's degree is a plus Minimum experience of 1-2 years Strong analytical thinking skills Ability to work effectively in a team Possess a broad professional network Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Basic knowledge of research and innovation ecosystem Ability to work in accordance with research and innovation procedures Proficient in using Mendeley, NVivo 12, SPSS, Anova, and Smartpls Software Encourage and facilitate UMN lecturers in conducting research and innovation activities. Provide support and guidance to lecturers throughout the research and innovation process. Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders to support research and innovation initiatives. Establish, maintain, and strengthen collaboration with external partners to support research and innovation activities. Facilitate partnerships and collaborative projects related to research and innovation.
