Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using C#, .NET / .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and related technologies. Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrations with internal and third-party systems. Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, queries, and data processing. Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Work closely with Business Analysts, QA, Product Owners, and insurance business teams. Implement business processes related to insurance, such as policy administration, underwriting, claims, billing, premium calculation, and customer management. Troubleshoot application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide production support. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following development standards and best practices. Participate in code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and deployment activities. Education & Experience Min. of Bachelor Degree in IT-related department or similar to it 3-5 Yr experience with either Java or .NET based framework Technical Skill Proficiency in at least Java or .NET based framework General understanding of Webserver (IIS, Apache, Nginx and/or Tomcat) Familiarity with vulnerability management concepts and common weakness classes (OWASP top 10, CWE,etc) Basic understanding of server administration and configuration hardening Version control (Git) is fundamental, and CI/CD pipeline is optional Soft Skill Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and security awareness. Strong ownership and accountability in resolving issues end-to-end. Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to collaborate across Development, Infrastructure, and Security teams. Ability to prioritize tasks based on risk and business impact. Demonstrates continuous learning mindset, especially in secure coding and application security practices. Able to work under pressure and respond promptly to critical security findings.
