Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend services using Golang and/or Rust. Develop clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code following software engineering best practices. Build and integrate RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services. Collaborate with Frontend Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality applications. Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective backend solutions. Design and optimize database queries, data models, and backend processes. Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization of backend applications. Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and participate in code reviews. Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and production incidents. Implement secure coding practices and ensure application reliability and scalability. Work with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and development tools to support efficient software delivery. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Backend Developer / Software Engineer. Strong programming skills and hands-on experience with Golang and/or Rust. Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and software engineering principles. Good understanding of database concepts, SQL, and database optimization. Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar databases. Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD practices is a plus. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment. Willing to work on-site in Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan.
