Key Account Manager: Kelapa Gading Branch

One of the key frontliners in delivering excellent customer service at Asuransi Astra is the Account Manager, whose main responsibilities include: Building and maintaining strong relationships with Asuransi Astra’s preferred customers. Identifying and analyzing business opportunities to acquire new accounts and secure policy renewals. Achieving and exceeding the targets that have been set. Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably Industrial Engineering or Communication Studies. At least 2–3 years of experience in marketing or sales, particularly in handling VIP customers or key accounts, will be an advantage . Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Demonstrated initiative and a strong drive to exceed assigned targets. Willing to be based at the Kelapa Gading branch office. Possess a valid driver's license (SIM A) and be able to drive a car.
