Job Summary We are looking for an experienced ERPNext / Frappe Functional Consultant with strong knowledge of the ERPNext ecosystem and Frappe Framework. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience understanding ERPNext architecture, configuring business processes, managing workflows and permissions, and working closely with technical teams to deliver customized ERP solutions. Key Responsibilities Understand and analyze ERPNext architecture, modules, and module interdependencies. Configure and customize ERPNext based on business requirements. Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into ERPNext solutions. Configure and manage workflows, roles, permissions, approval processes, and print formats. Understand Frappe Framework concepts and their application within ERPNext. Collaborate with developers on the creation and customization of Custom DocTypes. Coordinate with technical teams for development of custom reports, dashboards, scripts, and ERPNext customizations. Support integrations with third-party applications and understand API-level integration concepts. Perform functional testing, troubleshooting, UAT support, and issue resolution. Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and user documentation. Provide end-user support and training when required. Ensure ERPNext solutions align with business requirements and follow best practices. Participate in ERPNext implementation, enhancement, migration, and upgrade activities. Required Skills 4+ years of hands-on experience with ERPNext / Frappe. Strong understanding of ERPNext modules and their interdependencies. Good knowledge of the Frappe Framework. Hands-on experience with: Workflows Roles & Permissions Print Formats Custom DocTypes Reports Dashboards Strong understanding of ERP configuration and business process mapping. Ability to work effectively with developers and translate functional requirements into technical specifications. Basic understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
