Communicate project status, risks, blockers, dependencies, decisions, and changes in a clear and timely manner. Manage stakeholder expectations by aligning scope, timelines, priorities, responsibilities, and delivery constraints. Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, action trackers, project updates, executive summaries, and status reports. Handle disagreements and delivery conflicts professionally through clear communication, objective assessment, and structured resolution. 4. Risk, Issue, and Change Management Maintain visibility over project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies. Anticipate risks that may affect scope, schedule, quality, cost, or stakeholder expectations. Develop and track appropriate mitigation and contingency actions. Coordinate the resolution of project issues by identifying owners, deadlines, impacts, and next steps. Support the assessment and documentation of change requests, including business justification, scope impact, delivery impact, risks, and dependencies. 5. Process Improvement and Operational Excellence Identify opportunities to improve project governance, delivery workflows, reporting, documentation, and team coordination. Use automation, artificial intelligence, and productivity tools where appropriate to improve quality, efficiency, consistency, and traceability. Participate in retrospectives, knowledge-sharing activities, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
