We are looking for an experienced Cost Controller to monitor project costs, budgets, expenditures, and financial performance. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and organizational skills and experience in construction, engineering, project controls, or related industries. The Cost Controller will work closely with project managers, finance teams, engineers, procurement teams, and international stakeholders to ensure projects remain within approved budgets and financial targets. Monitor and control project costs, budgets, and expenditures. Prepare and maintain project cost reports and forecasts. Track actual costs against approved budgets and identify variances. Analyze cost trends and provide recommendations to project teams. Assist in preparing project budgets, cost estimates, and financial forecasts. Monitor commitments, purchase orders, invoices, and project expenses. Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Project Management, and Engineering teams. Maintain accurate and up-to-date cost control records and documentation. Prepare regular cost reports for management and international stakeholders. Identify potential cost overruns and financial risks. Support change orders, variations, claims, and contract-related cost assessments. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with project cost control procedures. Assist with month-end reporting and reconciliation activities. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Cost Control, Project Controls, Cost Management, or a similar role. Experience in construction, engineering, project controls, or technology projects is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of project costing, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Experience with ERP, project management, or cost-control systems is an advantage. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Comfortable working with international teams and stakeholders. Willing to work on a night shift / graveyard schedule.
