Contracts Administrator

As part of its global expansion, Talento Solutions Inc. has been engaged by a Hong Kong-based international construction consultancy and technology firm developing an innovative construction project operating ecosystem with a global footprint. To support its continued growth, our client is establishing a remote-first service hub in the Philippines to provide world-class construction, engineering, project controls, and technology support services. We are seeking highly skilled Filipino professionals who are passionate about innovation, collaboration, and delivering exceptional results to international clients. Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain contracts, agreements, and related documentation. Review and organize contract documents, amendments, correspondence, and records. Monitor contract requirements, deadlines, deliverables, and compliance. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, contractors, and international stakeholders. Assist in contract preparation, renewals, variations, and amendments. Maintain accurate and organized contract databases and filing systems. Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation related to contracts and projects. Support project, engineering, construction, and corporate teams as needed. Ensure proper documentation and adherence to established processes and procedures. Handle confidential contract and business information professionally. Bachelor's degree relevant to the position. 3–5 years of relevant work experience in the same or similar role. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Experience in construction, engineering, project controls, technology, shared services, or corporate support functions is highly preferred. Strong organizational and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration platforms. Comfortable working with international teams and stakeholders. Willing to work on a night shift / graveyard schedule.
