Role Overview We are looking for a Junior Developer who is passionate about software development and eager to grow in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. This role involves assisting with debugging, resolving minor technical issues, implementing small features or fixes, and supporting the development team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with modern web frameworks and a foundational understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies. You’ll be expected to work independently, analyze issues, and escalate complex problems to the core development team when necessary. Write clean, documented code for features, fixes, or improvements. Has developer experience (Junior level) with above frameworks Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and respond promptly to support requests Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment Tech-related diploma or degree is a plus Familiarity with tools and technologies such as: Vue.js, Next.js, Node.js, Express – for understanding, tracing issues in the front-end and back-end code, and applying fixes and small features. PostgreSQL, GraphQL– for checking data, understanding relationships, and monitoring API/database behaviors. Insomnia (or Postman) – for testing and verifying REST APIs. Basic knowledge of HTTP requests, API status codes, and how to identify common errors (e.g. 401, 500, etc.). Ability to view and interpret error logs using platforms like Vercel and New Relic for debugging.
