Senior Business Analyst

Position - Software Engineering - Application Designer Bussines Analyst Analyze existing system behavior, code, and documentation to understand functionalities and workflows. Gather, analyze, and document requirements in System Requirement Specifications (SRS). Conduct requirement workshops with clients and stakeholders. Create detailed Test Suites based on business and system requirements. Execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and document test results. Identify, analyze, and track defects while working closely with developers for resolution. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by assisting users with test scenarios and clarifying system behavior. Coordinate between clients, business users, and development teams to ensure requirements and solutions are aligned. Provide recommendations to improve system functionality and user experience. Required Skills Strong Business Requirements Analysis experience. Experience in Business Analysis / System Analysis. Strong experience creating SRS / System Requirement Specifications. Experience creating Test Suites and Test Cases. Hands-on experience with SIT and UAT. Strong SDLC knowledge. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client-management skills. Ability to understand existing system behavior, workflows, and functional logic. Experience in defect identification, documentation, and resolution coordination. Basic Java knowledge is a plus.
