Main Duties and Responsibilities: I. Benchmarking and Strategic Planning Gathers insights on digital behavior and content consumption patterns of prospective students to inform recruitment strategies aligned with University goals and target markets Provides recommendations to improve digital recruitment processes based on research, competitor practices, and emerging trends in digital marketing Partners with internal units to ensure consistent, mission-aligned messaging across all digital platforms Monitors analytics and feedback to adjust digital campaigns and optimize effectiveness in real time Provides data and insights from digital platforms to support the formulation of realistic, data-informed recruitment targets Supports the achievement of recruitment targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) Consolidates and analyzes data from digital recruitment efforts Prepares reports on the effectiveness of online campaigns to inform future planning, assessment, and prioritization Benchmarks Ateneo’s digital recruitment performance against peer institutions and past University cycles to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement Builds and maintains Ateneo’s digital presence through active collaboration with schools, alumni, partner organizations, and online communities Sustains engagement through social media campaigns, online events, and consistent digital correspondence Recommends improvements to digital storytelling, recruitment campaigns, and student engagement strategies based on observed trends and feedback Assists Higher Education departments and programs by creating and sharing digital content that highlights academic offerings and student experiences II. Digital Recruitment and Marketing Initiatives Sources and engages prospective students by maximizing the reach of digital platforms and social media channels Plans and implements digital recruitment campaigns, including but not limited to online open houses, webinars, live Q&A sessions, and virtual campus tours Coordinates with internal stakeholders to produce engaging and timely content Represents Ateneo in online education fairs and digital networking events Engages faculty, current students, and alumni as digital storytellers through videos, testimonials, and online features Creates and disseminates digital marketing materials that promote Ateneo’s programs, scholarships, and student life Monitors the use of recruitment budgets for subscriptions to digital tools and assets, and evaluates the effectiveness of funded initiatives Collaborates with the Scholarships Section to maximize online visibility of financial aid opportunities, particularly for students in underserved areas Represents the OAA in external online forums, webinars, and industry discussions related to digital student recruitment III. Admissions and Scholarships Support Provides administrative and logistical assistance during the Ateneo College Entrance Test (ACET) Supports AJSS graduates in navigating the Ateneo college application and admission process Assists in preparing and implementing events organized by the Scholarships team, including: Ateneo College Open House Orientation programs for new and continuing scholars Get-togethers for scholars and benefactors Scholar alumni events IV. Performs other duties as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor, or any authorized representative Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication; copywriting and editing abilities; familiarity with crafting communications plans and producing compelling digital storytelling content Data Analysis: Strong data interpretation and reporting skills; familiarity with metrics for recruitment performance Technology and Digital Media: Proficiency in social media management, digital content creation, email marketing, and analytics tools; advanced knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and graphic design tools like Canva and Figma; familiarity with social media analytics dashboards and content scheduling platforms Marketing and Branding: Understanding of brand identity, online reputation management, and ability to align materials and campaigns with institutional standards Graphics and Design: Basic to proficient knowledge of layout design, video production and editing, infographics, photography, and visual storytelling techniques tailored for digital platforms Coordination and Organization: Strong planning, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills Interpersonal Skills: Comfort with public speaking and engaging diverse audiences in digital and physical spaces; ability to represent the university in online forums, webinars, and social media interactions; ability to work collaboratively Time Management and Prioritization: Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail Critical Thinking and Problem Solving: Ability to analyze digital recruitment trends, identify gaps, and develop innovative, data-informed solutions; flexibility to respond to real-time feedback and emerging digital trends Creativity and Innovation: Ability to conceptualize and execute fresh, engaging content strategies that resonate with stakeholders online Engagement and Customer Service: Ability to provide timely, professional, and responsive interaction; competence in handling conflicts and partner negotiations Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Advertising, Marketing, or related fields At least two (2) years of relevant work experience, preferably in an educational setting With experience in managing social media accounts and has knowledge in reading data analytics from virtual platforms
