The Property Specialist is responsible for marketing and selling Alveo Land’s portfolio of premium real estate developments across the Philippines, including residential condominiums, house-and-lot communities, office spaces, and commercial properties. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels to attract qualified leads and drive sales opportunities. Build and nurture strong client relationships through property presentations, site tours, consultations, contract negotiations, and end-to-end sales assistance. Provide clients with timely and accurate insights on market trends, property valuations, and real estate investment opportunities. Consistently achieve and surpass assigned sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism. Graduate of any 2-year or 4-year college degree program. Previous experience in the real estate industry is an advantage, but not required. Background in sales, customer service, or business development from industries such as insurance, automotive, banking, retail, hospitality, or other client-facing roles is highly preferred. Fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Required Skills Excellent Presentation Skills – Ability to deliver engaging property presentations and clearly communicate investment benefits to prospective clients. Strong Sales, Persuasion, and Negotiation Skills – Capable of identifying client needs, influencing purchasing decisions, and successfully closing transactions. Effective Communication Skills – Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with the confidence to build rapport and foster long-term client relationships. Customer-Centric Approach – Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive client experience throughout the sales journey. Adaptability and Resilience – Thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces challenges, and remains focused on achieving goals. Results-Oriented Mindset – Self-motivated and driven to consistently meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining professionalism and integrity. Relationship-Building Skills – Ability to establish trust, develop lasting connections, and expand a strong network of clients and referrals.
