The CSR Program Lead for Livelihood leads the design, implementation, and monitoring of livelihood initiatives that foster self-reliance in host and neighboring communities. Serving as the focal point for partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, and private sector collaborators, the role drives product development, market linkages, and resource mobilization to strengthen community-based enterprises. By aligning programs with corporate social responsibility objectives, the Program Lead ensures measurable social impact, compliance with reporting standards, and sustained engagement that benefits both the business and partner communities. With our mission of regeneration, advancing community-based social enterprises is a strategic direction that simultaneously strengthens our business and delivers meaningful impact to partner communities. The CSR Program Lead for Livelihood is pivotal in driving this vision, ensuring that initiatives are effectively designed, implemented, and sustained to achieve both corporate and community outcomes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Livelihood Program Development Design and operationalize livelihood programs to promote self-reliance among host and neighboring communities. Develop masterplans, proposals, and business models for farmer associations and community enterprises. Coordinate with partner organizations to secure resources and technical support. Facilitate product development, packaging, and market linkage initiatives. 2. Program Implementation and Monitoring Track organizational and individual income derived from livelihood initiatives. Maintain databases on membership, income, product and marketplace activity. Prepare progress and final reports for stakeholders. Graduate of Development Studies, Community Development, Social Sciences, Business, or a related field. With at least five (5) years of relevant experience in livelihood programs, community development, CSR, program management, or stakeholder engagement. Willing to travel regularly for fieldwork, community engagements, and project implementation.
