Record daily financial transactions accurately and ensure all entries are properly documented. Prepare and organize invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other accounting documents. Assist in bank reconciliation and petty cash reporting. Support the preparation of monthly financial reports. Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. Assist with tax administration, tax documentation, and the preparation of supporting documents. Maintain accurate and organized filing of accounting, financial, and tax documents. Coordinate with internal departments regarding payment processes, financial data, and required supporting documents. Ensure accounting and tax documents are completed accurately and submitted according to the required deadlines. Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounting and Taxation is preferred; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply. Good understanding of basic accounting principles, financial reports, and tax administration. Familiar with Indonesian taxation, including PPh, PPN, tax invoices, withholding tax, and tax reporting. Able to prepare, verify, and maintain supporting documents for tax calculations and submissions. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting or taxation software. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and document organization. Honest, responsible, disciplined, and able to meet reporting deadlines. Good analytical and communication skills. Able to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams.
