The Factory Manager will be entrusted with the overall management of Mulia41's manufacturing facility. This individual will be the driving force behind ensuring production efficiency, uncompromising quality, and a cost-effective operational flow. A key aspect of this role will be to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and to prepare the production floor for the demands of a global market. Production and Operations Management: ● Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day production operations to exceed our customers’ expectations. ● Oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of the roll forming machinery and the Wagner painting line, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum output. ● Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products to meet market demand. ● Monitor production metrics and KPIs, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and workflow. Quality Assurance: ● Uphold and enhance quality control standards to ensure all products meet both internal and international quality benchmarks. ● Work in close collaboration with the quality control team to implement and monitor quality assurance protocols throughout the production process. ● Address any quality issues promptly and effectively, implementing corrective and preventive actions. Cost Management and Optimization: ● Develop and manage the factory budget, ensuring all production activities are conducted within financial parameters. ● Continuously seek and implement strategies to reduce production costs without compromising product quality or safety. ● Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to optimize cash flow and minimize waste. Team Leadership and Development: ● Lead, mentor, and develop the factory team, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment that encourages high performance. ● Implement and oversee training programs for staff on new equipment, safety procedures, and quality standards. ● Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety regulations and promoting a culture of safety awareness. Global Mindset and Strategic Contribution: ● Contribute to the company's global expansion strategy by ensuring the factory is capable of meeting international standards and production volumes. ● Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning, providing insights on production capabilities and potential for growth. ● Stay abreast of the latest manufacturing technologies and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge. ● Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. ● A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a factory management role, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics solutions industry. ● Essential: Proven hands-on experience with roll forming machinery and automated painting lines. Direct experience with Wagner painting systems will be a significant advantage. ● Demonstrable experience in implementing and managing quality control systems and achieving production efficiency improvements. ● Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and other continuous improvement methodologies. ● Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team. ● A "global mindset" with an understanding of international quality standards and market expectations. ● Fluency in both Indonesian and English is highly desirable. ● A proactive and supportive management style, with a commitment to fostering a positive and productive work culture.
