We're looking for a Head of Growth to build, lead and continuously improve our client acquisition function. This isn't a traditional marketing role. It is best suited to a highly experienced growth operator who is strong in both strategic leadership and hands-on marketing execution. Purpose As Head of Growth, you will: Build, prove and scale a predictable, measurable client acquisition engine. Lead the Client Acquisition Team toward agreed acquisition and meeting targets. Deliver a consistent flow of qualified prospects and booked discovery meetings. Reduce reliance on the Managing Director for lead generation. Key Responsibilities Go-to-Market & Positioning Own Clear's acquisition strategy for the Australian market. Define positioning, messaging and value propositions across service lines. Conduct market and competitor research to sharpen our pitch. Test recognition-first positioning and the free Clear Work Allocation Assessment. Identify new target industries, service verticals and market opportunities. Develop quarterly and annual growth roadmaps covering acquisition priorities, campaigns and strategic initiatives. Design and optimise lead magnets, assessments, calculators, webinars and other resources that generate qualified demand. Pipeline & Acquisition Own pipeline targets and track performance against them. Sharpen Progressive Trust Prospecting through the Managing Director's LinkedIn, making it more effective and less dependent on his personal time. Propose and test additional acquisition channels using clear benchmarks and return cases before launch. Brand & Content Direct content, social and website activity to strengthen credibility and generate demand. Review output for accuracy, brand consistency and alignment with Clear's positioning. Build thought leadership through the team. Funnel, CRM & Automation Own the marketing technology stack and recommend improvements across CRM, automation, AI, reporting and analytics. Own funnel design and automation strategy, including CRM workflows, lead scoring and nurture sequences. Lead CRM use for pipeline visibility and reporting. Assess the Marketing Automation Specialist role and oversee the phased transition from GoHighLevel to the Ignite app, auditing what actually needs to move. Team Leadership & Systems Lead the Client Acquisition Team and set agreed output targets for each member. Run regular one-to-ones and performance reviews, maintaining clear accountability. Align sales development, automation and content around shared acquisition goals. Build documented systems, SOPs and repeatable processes that reduce dependency on individuals. Ensure operational work is delegated and completed through the team. Performance & Reporting Own growth reporting across lead volume and quality, discovery-meeting show rates, cost per lead, cost per client, pipeline value and revenue influenced. Report performance to the Managing Director on an agreed cadence. Test and optimise acquisition channels using data and attribution. Document learnings from experiments and use them to guide future investment. Stakeholder Alignment Work closely with the Managing Director to turn client wins, losses and objections into marketing insights. Partner with Service Delivery, Operations and Recruitment to identify client feedback, operational insights and service improvements. Feed these insights back into targeting, positioning and messaging. Take on other growth and marketing leadership priorities as required by management. Required Attributes Commercially minded, with a bias to measurable outcomes over activity. A builder as much as a director, senior enough to own the thesis and lead a small team and willing to get into the work while the engine is unproven. Return-disciplined. Reaches for cheap tests and proof before spend. Brings new strategies to test and adjusts on the outcomes, rather than waiting for instructions or defending activity. Structured and able to build systems and reporting, without being a detail-bound administrator. Reliable on follow-through, so the team's operational work lands. Essential Experience Around seven years in strategic marketing, or a demonstrable equivalent, including at least two years leading a team. A growth, demand generation or marketing leadership background, ideally in a business-to-business or services setting. A track record of building a marketing-led acquisition engine and owning pipeline and revenue-influenced measures, not just activity metrics. Working knowledge of digital marketing execution and marketing automation (CRM workflows, nurture sequences and funnels) enough to direct and judge the team's output. Comfortable working remotely with an Australia-based leader and representing an Australian brand. Fluent with Claude and other AI tools, which is part of how the team stays lean. Experience in outsourcing, BPO or offshore-to-onshore marketing. Proficient in Microsoft 365 and website management platforms such as Wix.

Four employers are posting at scale: SIMPLE RECRUIT (1,205 jobs), ROYAL ORG PTE. LTD. (795), SKILLMATCH RECRUITMENT (435), and jobgether (371). If you see a job from one of these names, you're looking at a company that hires marketing roles repeatedly. That's a signal of stability—and a chance to learn their hiring patterns across multiple openings.
In your interview, expect this question: 'Tell us about a time you measured the success of a campaign.' Marketing hiring managers ask this because they want proof you think in metrics, not hunches. Come with a real example—conversions, clicks, revenue, engagement rate, cost per acquisition—pick the metric that mattered most. Show you track what you do.
