Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) is looking for Infra Operations Engineer to join our Information System Department based in Santa Rosa City, Laguna, Philippines. The Infra Operations Engineer is a member of the Infra Operations Section that is responsible in managing and supporting the company's IT infrastructure, networks, systems, and Microsoft services to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient operations. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in shaping our network infrastructure reliability, connectivity, and operational excellence You are expected to be a domain expert in management, system monitoring, and preventive maintenance. Your role Roles and Responsibilities: Perform network maintenance activities to ensure stable, secure, and reliable network operations. Manage and support network and telecommunications infrastructure, including connectivity and communication services. Monitor network utilization, performance, and capacity to identify and address potential issues proactively. Conduct preventive maintenance of network devices to minimize downtime and maintain optimal system performance. Review and analyze network logs on a daily basis to detect abnormalities, troubleshoot issues, and support incident resolution. Administer and support Cisco-based network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and related network devices. Monitor and support virtualized environments and server infrastructure, including VMware platforms and IBM hosts. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve network-related incidents, escalations, and service disruptions. Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, maintenance activities, and operational procedures. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance network availability, security, and overall infrastructure performance.
