Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as a Training Specialist or in a dedicated Learning & Development role. Proven expertise in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and designing end-to-end learning modules. Solid grasp of organizational behavior, corporate culture, and leadership development principles. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for training material creation and data presentation. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze learning metrics and deliver actionable recommendations. Exceptional verbal, written, and non-verbal communication skills. Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiences and stakeholders effectively.
