UI UX

Assist in creating user flows, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Owners to understand user requirements. Conduct basic user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing. Translate business requirements into user-friendly interface designs. Design responsive layouts for web and mobile platforms. Create UI assets, icons, illustrations, and design components following established design systems. Support the maintenance and enhancement of the organization's design system. Work closely with developers during implementation to ensure design accuracy. Participate in design reviews and continuously improve the user experience based on feedback. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, accessibility standards, and design best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 1-2 years of UI/UX or Product Design experience. Preferred Skills Proficiency in Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools. Basic understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture. Knowledge of responsive web and mobile design. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is an advantage. Familiarity with design systems and component libraries. Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes. Strong visual design skills, including typography, layout, spacing, and color theory. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
