What you'll be doing: Intake & Prioritization Reviews every incoming brief for completeness, clarity, and feasibility before it enters the queue; returns incomplete briefs to the requestor. Prioritizes the creative queue against the marketing calendar and business objectives, and escalates conflicts to the Sr. Brand Marketing Manager for a decision. Builds and maintains production schedules across design, copy, photo, and video, including shoot dates and post-production windows. Forecasts capacity against the upcoming campaign calendar and allocates work across the team based on skill, availability, and workload; identifies over- and under-capacity before it affects delivery. Tracks progress against committed timelines, manages bottlenecks, and ensures timely escalation and resolution of delivery risks. Team & Project Management Manages the day-to-day productivity and performance of the Creative team, in partnership with the Creative Lead on quality of output. Conducts one-on-ones, sets performance goals, and submits probationary and regular performance evaluations on time. Coaches team members on planning, time management, and brief interpretation; identifies development needs and coordinates with People Operations. Communicates Management directives and department goals to the team. Cross-Functional Coordination Acts as the day-to-day bridge between Brand Marketing and the Creative Studio, translating campaign plans into production plans. Coordinates logistics for shoots and productions — schedules, call sheets, locations, talent availability, and equipment — with supplier selection and creative direction remaining with the Creative Lead. Creative Operations & Process Improvement Develops, documents, and enforces creative operations processes, SOPs, request forms, and turnaround-time standards per request type. Establishes and maintains service-level agreements with requesting departments and reports performance against them. Administers the project management and asset management tools; keeps the file and version structure organized and searchable. Identifies and implements automation and AI-enabled workflow improvements that reduce turnaround time and rework. Reports studio throughput, turnaround times, rework rates, and capacity utilization to the Sr. Brand Marketing Manager on a monthly basis. College Graduate: Graduate of Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a similar. Open to non-design background provided with demonstrated creative production management experience. 5 years of experience in a creative environment with at least 2 years in a creative operations, traffic, or project management capacity. 2 years of experience in people management Proven experience managing a multi-discipline creative queue (design, copy, photo, video) Working knowledge of project management tools (Notion or equivalent) Working familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and AI-enabled creative tools
