Handle parent complaints thoughtfully, efficiently, and in a structured manner. Facilitate effective communication between parents and the Academic and Operations teams. Monitor, analyze, and report on parental feedback on a regular basis to maintain parent satisfaction and trust in MNS. Design, organize, and implement various parent engagement programs to encourage a collaborative school environment, such as parenting seminars and workshops, community meetings, parent support groups, and feedback forums • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies, Public Relations, Management, Education, or another relevant discipline • At least 1 year of experience in Parent Relations • Excellent interpersonal communication skills • Strong Conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills • Proven experience in planning and organizing events as well as community activities
