What You’ll Be Doing You’ll join the team responsible for supporting CoreData’s panel development efforts. This includes: 1. Data Enrichment Research, source, and validate professional contact information Maintain and update databases and panelist profiles, ensuring data accuracy and cleanliness Track project activity, email campaign performance, and respondent engagement Manage prize draw entries and referral records 2. Fieldwork support Prepare and schedule email invitations and target respondent lists Monitor daily project progress and provide status updates Assist research teams with panelist or respondent outreach as needed 3. Panel Care Respond to panelist inquiries and requests via email and phone Support panel recruitment and retention initiatives to reduce attrition Manage the admin mailbox by filtering, routing, and maintaining emails Role Description CoreData is seeking a self-directed Database Assistant with a strong ability to identify prospects, research target markets, and support business growth through high-quality lead generation activities. This role plays a critical part in building and maintaining CoreData’s panel pipeline by delivering accurate, timely, and well-qualified leads. This Manila-based, full-time role is best suited to candidates with 2+ years of experience in lead generation, support, or a similar commercial role, ideally within market research, professional services, B2B, or financial services environments. Working closely with teams in Manila, Australia, London, and Boston, you will be part of CoreData’s next phase of growth, supporting global business development initiatives and client acquisition efforts. Minimum Qualifications What you’ll bring to the role Bachelor’s degree in any field, or equivalent practical experience Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Ability to conduct online research and organize contact or company information Familiarity with professional networking platforms such as LinkedIn is an advantage but not required Comfortable using email and internet-based research tools Effective Communication skills for collaborating with team members and reporting findings Relevant experience is a plus; candidates with transferable skills or recent graduates are welcome to apply.
