Quality Assurance Intern

Develop test plans and test cases based on software requirements and business needs. Define and execute appropriate testing strategies, including manual and automated testing where applicable. Perform functional, regression, performance, security, and compatibility testing to ensure software quality. Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with the development team to support debugging and issue resolution. Validate bug fixes through verification and retesting to ensure issues are fully resolved. Analyze test results and prepare clear testing reports for stakeholders. Ensure applications meet quality standards and are ready for production release. Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, testing standards, and best practices. Monitor defect trends, identify recurring issues, and recommend preventive improvements. Research and evaluate emerging software testing tools and technologies to enhance testing efficiency. Learn and develop a comprehensive understanding of the systems and applications used by capital market stakeholders. Final-year student or Fresh Grduate Bachelor's degree less than one year in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field. Basic knowledge of SQL, REST API, or testing tools (e.g., Postman, Jira) is a plus. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies.
