Channel Development Manager

The Channel Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue, distribution, profitability, and execution targets by managing and developing distributor capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Expand and optimize distribution by identifying growth opportunities and ensuring product availability Acquire new accounts and manage existing customers to drive sales growth Execute route-to-market and trade programs across channels Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key accounts Monitor sales performance and implement actions to achieve targets Support distributor operations, ensuring alignment with company standards and processes Assist in resolving operational issues and maintaining smooth business relationships Ensure proper execution of promotions in collaboration with Trade Marketing Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Results-driven with good problem-solving abilities Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
