HR & Administration Officer As our HR & Administration Officer, you will play a key role in supporting our employees throughout their entire employment lifecycle. From recruitment and onboarding to employee communications and offboarding, you will help build an efficient and well-organized workplace while ensuring that our administrative processes run smoothly. If you enjoy working with people, organizing information, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks, we'd love to meet you. Human Resources Coordinate recruitment activities including interview scheduling and applicant communications. Manage onboarding activities for newly hired employees. Prepare employment documents, contracts, and HR records. Coordinate employee orientation and company policy briefings. Process employee resignations and offboarding procedures. Maintain accurate employee files and HR documentation. Support attendance, leave, and employee information management. Coordinate training schedules and internal HR activities. Administration Prepare internal announcements and company-wide communications. Coordinate administrative documentation and filing. Support company events and employee engagement activities. Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors when necessary. Assist management with administrative projects and operational support. Maintain organized documentation using Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Office. What are we looking for in a candidate? Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of one (1) year of experience in Human Resources, Administration, or a related role. Experience handling employee onboarding and offboarding is preferred. Experience preparing company announcements, memorandums, and administrative documents is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft SharePoint. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
