Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies. Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces with Next.js and React. Develop robust backend services using Golang and Java (Spring Boot). Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices following best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and Business teams. Optimize application performance, security, and reliability. Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical mentoring. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. Troubleshoot production issues and provide sustainable solutions. Bachelor's degree of Computer Science or related field. 3-7 years of professional experience as a Fullstack Developer or Software Engineer. Strong experience with Next.js, Golang / Java (Spring Boot). Solid understanding of Microservices Architecture and distributed systems. Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs. Strong knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL. Experience with Redis, MongoDB, or other NoSQL databases is a plus. Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments. Familiarity with message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is an advantage. Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, Clean Architecture, and SOLID principles. Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and mentor junior developers. Willing to join ASAP.
