Assessment Center Lead

Were Hiring: Project Manager Assessment Center Jakarta, Indonesia (WFO) Peepl is looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Project Manager, Assessment Center to lead the end-to-end management of our assessment processes. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring, and analyzing assessments, as well as producing strategic and impactful reports that support organizational decision-making. We are particularly interested in candidates who have a strong interest in technology and AI developments within the assessment and human resources field, and who are motivated to bring innovative, technology-driven approaches into assessment center operations. Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end assessment center process, from planning through reporting Design and implement assessment tools and methodologies Monitor and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of assessment programs Analyze assessment data and produce strategic, actionable reports Explore and integrate digital technology and AI solutions to improve assessment processes Master's degree (S2) in Professional Psychology Minimum 5 years of experience in Assessment Center Strong understanding of assessment center methodologies and practices Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong communication and presentation skills Certified Assessment Center Assessor, SSP, and SIPP certification Genuine interest in the development of technology and AI in the field of assessment and human resources
