Develop and customize Odoo modules based on business requirements. Work with Python & Odoo ORM for module customization, including XML Views and QWeb Reports. Configure and maintain Odoo modules such as Inventory, Sales, HR, Manufacturing, Finance/Accounting, and other relevant modules. Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST API, XML-RPC, and JSON-RPC. Manage Odoo database activities using PostgreSQL, including queries and database structure. Perform Odoo installation, updates, module migration, and version upgrades in a self-hosted environment. Support database backup & restore activities and basic Linux/server administration. Use Git for source-code version control and development management. Troubleshoot and debug issues in production environments. Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions, particularly when working with Finance/Accounting teams. Help ensure the stability, reliability, and continuous improvement of the company's Odoo ERP system. Minimum D3/S1 in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of professional experience as an Odoo Developer. Hands-on experience with Odoo 16 Enterprise & Community Edition. Strong knowledge of Python & Odoo ORM, XML Views & QWeb Reports, PostgreSQL, REST API / XML-RPC / JSON-RPC, Git version control Experience configuring Odoo modules, particularly Finance/Accounting. Good understanding of Indonesian accounting and tax localization (l10n_id), including PPN and e-Faktur. Familiarity with self-hosted Odoo deployment and basic Linux/server administration. Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills. Able to communicate and translate business needs into technical solutions. Additional Advantages: Odoo Certified Developer certification. Experience with JavaScript / OWL Framework for UI customization. Familiarity with Docker. Experience with Odoo version migration/upgrade
