Responsible for providing general administrative and clerical support to help ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. The role assists with office coordination, document management, communication, and other administrative tasks while providing support to different departments as needed. Key Duties and Responsibilities 1. Administrative Support Provide general administrative and clerical assistance to support daily office operations. Prepare, organize, and maintain office documents and records. Perform data entry and update information as needed. Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and other office documents. 2. Office Coordination Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries. Receive and assist visitors, clients, and employees. Help coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules. Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and other deliveries. 3. General Office Operations Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment when needed. Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient office environment. Operate standard office equipment such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers. Provide administrative support to various departments and assist with office-related tasks as assigned. 4. Documentation and Team Support Maintain accurate records and ensure proper filing of documents. Coordinate with team members to support administrative processes. Follow company policies and procedures in carrying out assigned responsibilities. Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time. Minimum Qualifications College level or bachelor's degree in any field is an advantage but not required. Previous experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role is an advantage but not required. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications or similar productivity tools. Good communication and organizational skills. Willing to learn, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
