IT Application Support

Job Description: Provide application support for multiple applications, including web applications and services/APIs, running on Linux-based server environments. Support user testing activities, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues identified during testing phases. Support infrastructure setup and configuration, including database, server, and other application infrastructure components. Investigate and resolve issues identified during testing, particularly those related to API Gateway integration and service communication. Create, update, and maintain technical documentation related to new and existing infrastructure configurations and application environments. Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth application operations. Perform issue analysis and provide appropriate technical solutions to maintain application availability and operational stability. Support ongoing application maintenance and operational activities across multiple environments. Skills: Linux / Solaris API Gateway (X- Way) English Language Application Support Infrastructure Support API Troubleshooting Good Communication Skills Good Analytical Thinking Skills Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in Application Support, Software Development, or a related technical role. Hands-on experience in programming and software development. Experience with automation scripting and process automation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Fluenty in english is a must
