About this Position We are looking for an Intern Product Manager who combines strong analytical and problem-solving skills with deep user intuition to build solid product strategies. Equipped with high emotional intelligence and proactive project management, you will seamlessly collaborate across divisions Assist in product development and management tasks. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to support product goals. Develop and maintain product documentation and reports. Participate in requirement gathering, brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas. Ready to work in Hybrid working arrangement at Jabodetabek area Fresh graduate or in final year from management, Industrial Engineering or IT with relatable internship experience in logistic/e-commerce/ FMCG are welcome to apply. Solid technical background in Excel/Gsheet Extremely strong communication skills and emotionall intelligence Ability to develop product and system implementation strategies Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with strong intuition for user behavior Self-starter with strong project management skills to follow through on execution. Comfortable with hybrid working arrangement and site visit
