Interior Site Supervisor

We are looking for a skilled Site Supervisor to manage and oversee our interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all works are executed safely, on schedule, and meet quality and design specifications. Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day operations on interior fit-out sites (retail or fnb projects) Ensure all work aligns with design drawings, specifications, and quality standards Monitor project progress, workforce productivity, and material usage Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment Coordinate with project managers, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers Resolve on-site issues efficiently, including manpower, materials, or technical challenges Maintain accurate documentation: progress reports, site logs, and material records Provide guidance and mentoring to site teams to ensure high performance Minimum Requirements Diploma or S1 in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field Proven Experience (3 Years minimum) in interior fit out projects Strong knowledge of interior construction methods, finishes and materials Ability to read and interpret design drawings, shop drawings, and specifications Excellent leadership, communiation, and problem solving skills Familiarity with project management tools is a plus Willing to work at night and on site for extended periods Fresh Graduates are open to apply What we Offer Exciting Interior Fit Out Projects BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
