IT Project Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Project Manager with a background in IT or Information Systems to join our growing team. You will be responsible for end-to-end project coordination, ensuring all project goals are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the execution of multiple IT projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Translate user requirements into clear and structured specifications for developers. Fulfill documentation requests from clients, including technical and project-related documents. Create project flow designs and develop budgeting plans. Determine team composition and define realistic project timelines. Establish effective coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Apply suitable project management methodologies (Agile or Waterfall) depending on project type. Maintain clear and consistent communication between clients, developers, testers, and other stakeholders. Track project progress and manage risks to ensure project objectives are met. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT projects. Proficient in using project management tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar. Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Excellent leadership, time management, and team coordination skills. Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities. Knowledge or experience in software testing is a plus.
