Key Responsibilities: Actively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, and talent databases. Screen CVs and shortlist profiles that match job requirements and company culture. Build and maintain a robust candidate pool for current and future positions. Conduct initial candidate outreach and pre-screening calls. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies. Qualifications: Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment with a strong focus on sourcing. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field. Proven track record of finding hard-to-reach candidates. Proficient in Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques. Excellent communication and networking skills. Highly organized and able to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
