Payroll Master Hybrid

Directly Reports To: Manager of Professional Services Main Area of Responsibility: The Payroll Master is the Sprout Solutions industry expert for all payroll processes and industry best practice. The role is highly involved in delivering accurate, timely, and business critical timekeeping and payroll processes through Sprout’s technology solutions. TASKS: Manage all assigned clients end to end payroll responsibilities Responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving concerns. Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions.\ Develop subject matter expertise on Philippine payroll and HR. Manage and comply faithfully to all payroll regulatory, tax, and statutory requirements. Remain current on payroll and HR policies and trends, and on other industry best practices Ensure that the client company complies accurately and timely to all reporting requirements of the management and regulatory authorities. Build strong relationships with the client’s personnel and management Follow faithfully the administrative policies of Sprout Solutions Phils., Inc and the policies of the client organization. Ensure that Sprout Solutions’ business is not compromised by your actions and unauthorized decisions Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field. 2–4 years of experience in end-to-end Philippine payroll processing, preferably with experience in payroll outsourcing. Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and government-mandated benefits and deductions, including SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG. Proficient in timekeeping, payroll audit and reconciliation, statutory deductions, and payroll validation. Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, data validation, and data management; basic knowledge of payroll software or HRIS is an advantage. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong analytical, problem-solving, time and priority management skills, and a strong sense of urgency. Customer service-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
