Ensure full compliance with all VM standards and seasonal VM guidelines at all times. Conduct regular maintenance and upkeep of VM displays (both window and in-store), in coordination with the store-in-charge or store VM champion. This includes implementing VM directives, planograms, and in-store communication (ISC) tools across all locations, using the store ISC copy as a guide. Build positive rapport with customers and demonstrate the ability to translate customer feedback into actionable follow-ups. Submit VM reports after each store visit. Reports must include before-and-after photographs, any requests for VM tools, and concerns that may hinder execution. Include competitor window executions, if applicable. Experience: Previous experience in retail or visual merchandising is often preferred, typically ranging from 1 to 3 years. Experience in customer service can be an advantage Skills: Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and techniques. Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, or similar) may be beneficial. Basic knowledge of retail marketing strategies and consumer behavior. Creative Ability: A good eye for aesthetics, with a keen sense of color, balance, and design. Ability to conceptualize and execute creative displays effectively. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with team members and management. Ability to articulate ideas and concepts clearly. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
