We seek creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designers and Senior Graphic Designers to join our expanding team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of client-facing and internal design projects, including high-impact slide deck presentations, brand collateral, and digital experiences. Related Job Titles: Visual Designer | Digital Designer | Creative Designer | Brand Designer | Layout Artist | Marketing Designer | Multimedia Designer Key Responsibilities Client-Facing Design Projects Design visually compelling slide deck presentations , multimedia assets, and marketing materials. Select appropriate formats, typography, imagery, and illustrations to effectively communicate client messages. Collaborate with creative and project management teams to conceptualize and execute design solutions that meet client objectives and timelines. Internal Branding and Marketing Initiatives Develop SlideGenius internal marketing & brand collateral , including infographics, interactive brochures, videos, and web assets. Work closely with Art Directors and internal teams to conceptualize and execute designs that align with our brand vision. Create and maintain interactive design assets using Figma, including website mockups and internal platform designs. Establish and uphold SlideGenius’ visual identity across all internal and external channels, contributing to the development of a comprehensive marketing collateral and brand assets. Qualifications & Requirements Strong command of core design principles— typography, layout, color theory, and composition . Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Figma experience (required for Senior Designers; plus for Designers). UI/UX design knowledge (required for Senior Designers; plus for Designers). Illustration skills (preferred for Senior Designers; a plus for Designers). Ability to produce a broad range of materials— slide deck presentations, print, and digital assets. Professional Skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Strong time management and organizational skills —able to handle multiple projects and deadlines. Positive and collaborative attitude , with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Adaptability in learning new tools and evolving design trends. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint is a plus. If not, we'll teach you! Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent professional experience). Graphic Designer: 1–3 years of relevant design experience preferred. Additional Information Location: Makati office , collaborating closely with global teams in San Diego, London, and Bacolod. Work Setup: Onsite, with multiple shift options to support 24/7 operations. Physical Requirements: Ability to work at a desk and computer for prolonged periods. Comfortable with phone/video communication.
