Design and complete the planned training roadmap for software engineers within the agreed timeline Develop technical/coding training syllabi and learning materials, along with their corresponding assessment instruments and examination questions Maintain a high internal customer satisfaction score from trainees and stakeholders Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
