Job description: Question Creation: Develop a minimum of 25 high-quality, objective-type questions and answers per day across various subjects including: General Awareness/Intelligence Reasoning Quantitative Aptitude General English & Comprehension Hindi Engineering (Civil & Structural, Electrical, Mechanical) Content Accuracy: Ensure all questions and answers are accurate, clear, and concise, with well-researched answer choices. Inclusivity: Create questions that cater to both Visually Handicapped (VH) and Non-Visually Handicapped (Non-VH) candidates, ensuring accessibility for all. Collaboration: Work closely with other SMEs, evaluators, and vetters to ensure content meets the projects quality standards. Adherence to Guidelines: Follow the specific guidelines and formats required by the projects, ensuring all content is aligned with the examination syllabus. Continuous Improvement: Revise and refine questions based on feedback from evaluators and vetters to ensure continuous improvement in content quality.
