Job Description: Handle all statutory compliances including ESIC, PF, and Professional Tax. Manage employee lifecycle processes such as joining, resignation, and exit formalities. Process employee benefits, exemptions, and reimbursements accurately. Manage biometric access, issue ID cards, and maintain updated MIS records. Prepare appointment, confirmation, and relieving letters. Maintain confidentiality of all payroll-related data and reports. Handle Shops & Establishments compliance and submit KYC data to PF consultants on a monthly basis. Manage full and final settlements, ensuring timely calculation and release of dues, incentives, and benefits such as gratuity and LTA. Prepare and maintain daily and monthly MIS and statutory compliance reports. Handle employee loans and advances. Support the Senior Manager – Payroll in day-to-day HR and payroll activities.
