Recruit ancillary and individual providers by negotiating contract terms and rates to secure direct agreements with EK Health in targeted market areas as required by business needs Draft and review contract proposals and respond to contract requests Make/oversee targeted calls to providers Obtain and maintain required documentation from providers Manage the credentialing process and track audits of large medical groups and independent physician associations Communicate with providers on a regular basis to answer any questions or concerns as well as to provide strong provider relations Perform analysis of the provider network to identify deficiencies in required specialties and/or geographies for existing/prospective customers Oversee ancillary and direct contract network development and maintenance Meet productivity and performance standards on a continuous basis Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualification: Any Degree Fair knowledge of computer operations. Good interpersonal skills.
