Key Responsibilities: Own a category of merchant customers, driving growth in relationships, revenue, product usage, and adoption. Develop strategies and tactics to expand the merchant base across business categories. Create pitch decks, product documentation, RFP responses, and commercial/technical proposals. Strengthen customer relationships, collaborating with managers and cross-functional teams to provide tailored solutions. Identify opportunities for product co-creation with internal teams based on customer insights. Collaborate with legal teams to structure contracts favorable to both customers and Easebuzz. Drive adoption of payment-related product use-cases and solutions, requiring strong technical understanding. Analyze customer interactions to derive actionable insights and convert them into business or product opportunities.
